Good afternoon, colleagues! For those you who are currently negotiating any renewals with Elsevier, can you share any language they are attempting to include re: generative AI? If so, have you been able to push back with fair use language? I ask because I am wondering if they are trying to clamp down on any competition with Scopus.AI. We have a researcher who wants to extract a certain number of high-impact article abstracts to perform some LLM traning. Thanks for your consideration!
