Not able to print Lanter Pickup Manifest

Good Morning John,

 

We had issues printing our Lanter Pickup Manifest.  We were able to process books, bags, and shipping labels but the Lanter Pickup Manifest did not download for 10-12-15 “No results were found”. Nevertheless, it downloaded pickup manifest from KUK, KLG, FQG, TMA, and EWF. So, we just filled out one of the old Shipment Records but without noting the long  barcode, only the destination libraries and number of bags.  We were also unable to download the Transfer status report for 10-12-15 this morning.
