ASERL Friends:

I am pleased to announce we have finalized an agreement with Reprint Desk Inc 
to provide discounts on their products and services for ASERL libraries.  
Reprints Desk is a leading provider of on-demand access to hard-to-find 
scientific, technical, and medical content.

1)  For Documents found within the "A-Z Academic Document Delivery Collection," 
ASERL members will receive a discounted Service Fee of $4.50 for each Document 
delivered, plus copyright royalty or purchase cost and any applicable sales 
tax. 
2)  For Documents NOT found within the "A-Z Academic Document Delivery 
Collection," ASERL member will receive a discounted Service Fee of $14.00 for 
each Document delivered, plus copyright royalty or purchase cost and any sales 
tax. 

NOTES:  
a)  In some cases, other charges may apply if authorized by the participating 
library.  These may include delivery charges, extra page charges for lengthy 
Documents, and extended search fees.  
b)  These fees are guaranteed for the first year of the agreement.  ASERL and 
Reprints Desk will annually review these fees with ASERL to ensure they 
continue to provide good value for ASERL libraries.
