Good afternoon, The University of Memphis Libraries/TMA is investigating the possibility of using Reprints Desk “Article Galaxy” and would like feedback from the group of those who have started using the service. You may contact me ‘off list’ [gpbarton [at] memphis.edu]as
to successes or concerns. How does it dove-tail into the use of Rapid and Get-it-Now? Did anyone do a possible ‘cost / savings analysis’ before using?
