put together below. Not Elsevier specific, but another step toward some 
standardized terms, I hope.

To the ICOLC Community,

As there has been a sense of urgency surrounding the addition of AI clauses 
into licensing terms and conditions, the ICOLC AI Task Force has brought a 
statement forward with guiding principles for AI Clauses that has now been 
approved by the Coordinating Committee and posted to the ICOLC public website:

At this time, we are now seeking additional signatories/endorsements from the 
consortia and library community at: https://forms.gle/Q1baAikGFRAaEMmJ8

Additionally, we welcome translations of this statement, which should be 
submitted to sharla.lair [at] lyrasis.org<mailto:sharla.lair [at] lyrasis.org>.

The task force is continuing to work on a negotiation guide as well as 
additional commentary on best practices, all of which will be incorporated into 
a final report.
