We haven’t had any issues, but we use the ILLiad addon for RapidILL. A lot of what I’ve seen on the Rapid listserv lately seems to be issues within RapidX and Alma. We did have some Alma degradation yesterday that was resolved.

Subject: [kudzu-ops] Any issues with Rapid-ILL?
Hello folks,
I’m hearing from some other consortia that they’ve been running into problems with Rapid-ILL—among other things, with quality issues with the system status updates, receiving items, and overwriting requests. One of these consortia is preparing for a meeting with Clarivate and asked if any others were having similar problems.
So: How are things going with Rapid-ILL? Do you still find it dependable? Are you receiving the items you need, as well as correct and timely information about the requests?
Thanks for any feedback. If you’d prefer to reply privately, please feel free to reply to me, or otherwise to the list.
Best,
Rebecca
