who are "the only one" or "one of the few" BIPOC librarians in their library.  
Panelists will include Michael Fitts - Assistant Dean for User Access & 
Diversity, University of Alabama at Birmingham; Melinda M. Livas - Student 
Services Librarian, University of California, Davis; and Fatoma Rad - 
Acquisitions Librarian, Farmingdale State College.
