ASERL Friends: A reminder that ASERL and GWLA will offer a free webinar on MONDAY (Sept 19) led by Roger Schonfeld to review of the findings of the “Organizing the Work of the Research Library” recently published by Ithaka S+R. In this project, Roger and his colleagues examined the organizational structure of research libraries as well as related leadership and change management issues through a series of interviews with selected library directors. The project analyzed a diversity of models and identified the major commonalities across institutions, as well as some of the intentional differences.
