FYI ? The three publishers (Cambridge Univ Press, Oxford Univ Press, and Sage Publishing, with support from the Copyright Clearance Center) have filed another appeal against the

On Behalf Of Laura Burtle Not surprised, but… Laura NOTICE OF APPEAL All Plaintiffs in the above-styled action respectfully give notice that they appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit from the final, appealable order and judgment entered in this action on July 28, 2016. Plaintiffs seek review of that order and judgment [Dkt. Nos. 531 & 532], and all prior orders and rulings entered in this case, including but not limited to the district court’s remand findings and conclusions [Dkt. Nos. 510, 511, & 514].
