Hello Everyone, Today we are having the same issue, everything is working but when we try to print the Manifest it told us no results were found. We tried it twice and came up with the same error. John, We had issues again printing our Lanter Pickup Manifest. We were able to process books, bags, and shipping labels but the Lanter Pickup Manifest did not download for 10-23-15 “No results were found”. We
did the same as before, filled out one of the old Shipment Records but without noting the long barcode, only the destination libraries and number of bags.
