Please see the note below from our partners at Reprints Desk about upcoming upgrades to their system interface.  They are hosting a few open “town hall” e-meetings to walk people through the changes and get feedback on the design.  See below for more information.

 

NOTE:  We will host an update session with Reprints Desk staff in late August/early September just for ASERL members, so you’ll have another opportunity to hear about the latest product upgrades then.  More info to come soon about the ASERL-focused session.

Hi ,

I’m writing to inform you of changes to the Article Galaxy document delivery order form that will go live for most customers at 11:00pm U.S. Eastern Standard Time on Friday, August 14.

(Note: customers using web services, email-only, language localized order forms, RapidILL and ILLiad will NOT be impacted)

We’ve been working hard on these improvements over the last several months so are excited to share this advanced preview of the latest innovations in document delivery via special pre-release notes that we published yesterday: http://help.reprintsdesk.com/entries/70528500-2015-07-23-Reprints-Desk-Release-Notes-Important-Release-Notes-Alert

In addition, we are going to be holding a special series of town halls between July 29 to August 5 to review the upcoming changes and answer any questions that you might have.  You can register for one of these information town halls here:
