Lanter Process Change for Lost/Damaged Items

Hi folks:

We have been asked to make a minor process change for Lanter deliveries that become lost or missing:  Please send such requests to southeastcs [at] lanterdeliverysystems.com.  I am attaching an updated version of our process documentation that reflects this change.

I have asked for an update on the implementation of the point-to-point scanning.  It was originally scheduled to be in place by Oct 1, but given the date I am skeptical Lanter will meet that timeline.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST:  I am growing increasingly frustrated with Lanter’s performance.  If anyone wants to volunteer to work with me to find another vendor we can hire to replace Lanter, please let me know.

Thanks.
