Hello, Kudzu-Lanter folks:

 

A heads-up that we have finalized the fee for the Lanter-Kudzu courier service for the year.  Based on your feedback, we agreed to a 3% price increase in exchange for a higher liability limit on lost/damaged items.  The fee for the year (July 1, 2014 –June 30, 2015) is $11,077.50 for each participating institution.  This flat fee includes an unlimited number of items delivered to/from the 15 participating libraries.

 

Invoices were placed in the mail (USPS) today, so you should start seeing them at your library next week.  Electronic copy of the invoice is attached, FYI  -- please note this file incudes invoices for the whole group, so kindly disregard the remainder which are not applicable to your library.
