ASERL Friends:

I am pleased to share the news regarding ASERL’s first-ever mini-grant, focusing on tools to support the application of Fair Use principles within Resource Sharing contexts.  Our congratulations to Mississippi State University Libraries for the winning proposal.  We look forward to working with them as this program develops in the coming months.

Please note MSU will be convening an Expert Review Panel later this Fall to help guide content development.  If you receive a request to serve on the Panel, I hope you can respond affirmatively.

The attached announcement will be sent to our media list this morning.  Please share with others as desired, and let me know any questions.

Thanks!
