Good day, ASERL/WRLC Resource Sharing Friends! A few of you have mentioned that we might find it beneficial for all ASERL/WRLC libraries (or at least the Kudzu subset of libraries) to make use of OCLC’s “KnowledgeBase” to
facilitate resource sharing. I’m a newbie when it comes to such matters, so I have signed up for a free introductory webinar on Sept 4th, and I encourage others with an interest in this idea to do the same.
See
https://oclc.org/knowledge-base.en.html for a basic overview of the KnowledgeBase service; See
http://bit.ly/1u1S41K for the webinar page and link to registration form. I welcome any feedback/comments/suggestions you may have regarding this idea, and will follow-up again following the webinar to talk more about the feasibility of this. Thanks. --jeb John Burger, Executive Director Association of Southeastern Research Libraries ASERL c/o Georgia State University Library - Administration Suite LS7 100 Decatur Street SE Atlanta, GA 30303-3202 Follow ASERL on Facebook:
