Kudzu-Lanter Friends: I'd like to use the following as a reminder about our responsibilities to each other and to Lanter Delivery Systems. Please have a peek at the attached delivery label. The library sending the items to SUC was re-using a label from a previous delivery. That is fine -- HOWEVER they failed to completely cover the old label, leaving 2 sort codes visible. Lanter staff had to guess which sort code to use, and in this case they used the wrong code -- the bag was mis-routed to ALM instead of SUC. (ALM has since re-sent the bag to SUC.) Please be sure your staff and student workers make use of the proper labels and that only one address / sort code are visible on outgoing shipping labels. Many thanks for your continued help as we work through these process issues. --jeb Sent from my iPad. Apologies for typos. > > >
