We get the same thing – the ASERL Lanter Shipment Delivery Record – with every shipment.

We get a manifest with each delivery.  It’s a form with the heading “ASERL Lanter Shipment Delivery Record” and has a place for the driver’s signature/date.   It gives the barcode number on each bag delivered that day.

Hi Judy,

We got a delivery list for a little while, the last one we received was 11/18/2011.

Do you keep a list of what books are in each bag when you ship?

Happy Holidays!

Hi All,

In a discussion with one of our fellow Kudzu libraries, they mentioned receiving a delivery list from Lanter when the pink bags are dropped off. We do not get anything with our deliveries. How many others get a delivery statement? Is this practice specific to particular routes?

Thanks,
