Kudzu-Ops Mailing List: Re: Lanter delivery statement?

Greetings and Happy New Year to all,

 

Apologies for the late replay, here at the University of Miami we always receive a delivery list with our bags.  We scan that list and keep an electronic copy of it.  We also save an e-copy of what we send.  Both lists are kept for at least 6 months.

Tulane has a list of what we send out each day, but not a delivery list.

Hi All,

 

In a discussion with one of our fellow Kudzu libraries, they mentioned receiving a delivery list from Lanter when the pink bags are dropped off. We do not get anything with our deliveries. How many others get a delivery statement? Is this practice specific to particular routes?
