Kudzu Folks:

Lanter believes all missing shipments (presumably those that haven’t been declared ‘lost’ and claims filed) have been delivered.  True??

If not true, please let me know the details.

William

I know we have had several phone calls regarding missing books from several other libraries.  I believe the issue has been identified & resolved.  You should have all of your missing bags this morning.  Could you please check this morning & let me know if there are any other missing shipments.  I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and I can assure you that the Lanter District manager for the Southeast , Rob Horn will be monitoring this situation very closely.
