Folks: I am meeting with Lanter’s district reps next Thursday (Aug 2) here in Durham. I welcome details from y’all about ongoing problems so I can give them a complete picture of our
situation. Please send me a concise email with any issues that remain outstanding / ongoing, such as: * loss / damage claims that have not been acknowledged / paid in a timely manner * shipments that are missing (current situations – do not need long-ago history) * problems with drivers that have missed delivery days * problems with drivers that are not properly trained * other ongoing problems with Lanter’s services Please send me this info by the close of business on Wednesday, Aug 1.
