The ASERL Disposition Database LibGuide now has a miscellaneous Tab for hints, tips and guidelines to make the process run more smoothly. The first item added to this section is a standard format to use when listing Serial Set items. If there are other suggestions, please email them to dispositiondb [at] uflib.ufl.edu.

Serial Set Volumes: Enter "Y1.1/2:" + Vol. # in SuDoc field and "Serial Set " + Vol. # in the Title field. For example:
SuDoc = Y1.1/2:1234
Title = Serial Set 1234
