Call for Proposals
Interested in sharing with the ILL community?
"Resource Sharing Reimagined: Innovation, Access, and Collaboration in a Changing World”
The NWILL Planning Committee is excited to open the call for proposals for the 2025 Northwest Interlibrary Loan & Resource Sharing Conference. This
hybrid conference will be held September 9-11, 2025, in person at the
University
of Oregon in Portland, Oregon, and
virtually on the Whova conference platform.
Presenters are invited to share their knowledge and experiences through a real-time 45-minute session, a short, pre-recorded lightning session, a real-time 60-minute panel discussion, or a 1 hour and 45-minute workshop.
We welcome submissions from library professionals and paraprofessionals working in all types of libraries. Topics can be directly related or adjacent to interlibrary loan and library resource sharing. Preference may be given to presenters who will attend the
conference in person.
We encourage submissions that fit within the theme "Resource Sharing Reimagined: Innovation, Access, and Collaboration in a Changing World.” Based on our past conference survey results, our research-sharing community is particularly interested in the
following:
Conference registration fees will be waived for presenters and co-presenters.
Vendors wishing to submit a proposal should partner with a library representative who is evaluating or using the product or service. Organizations and companies can also share information about their products and services
by sponsoring the conference. Please contact
us to get more information about our sponsorship opportunities.
We hope you will join us for the Northwest Interlibrary Loan and Resource Sharing Conference this fall!
