UNC-CH did implement Reprints Desk as part of our Elsevier cancellation. I am copying Renée Bosman, Head of ILL, who is most familiar with our implementation. Hopefully Nerea or someone else from that library can chime in. There may be others I am not recalling... ASERL has long had a discount agreement in place for Reprints Desk, mostly as a supplement for traditional/ongoing ILL operations rather than a collection strategy. See https://www.aserl.org/member-area/ for info on the discount. (<-- With our new website, this page may require you to log in to view the content.) Kind regards, --j.e.b. I am inquiring as to whether anyone has instituted reprints desk as an article acquisitions/document delivery in addition to interlibrary loan and document delivery? I would love to talk to you briefly about your experience doing so (particularly how you scope content)! I can't recall from our post-cancellation panel if there were any instances.
