ASERL Friends: As you may know, we recently drafted a
proposal for a Visiting Program Officer to help formulate and implement a pilot program to test the viability / usefulness of Controlled Digital Lending as a new aspect for ILL service within ASERL. I’ve had a bit of feedback on the idea, and some questions
from the ASERL Board, that would benefit from additional discussion before I make a recommendation on how to proceed. I would welcome your participation in this deliberation.
