OK, thanks.  I will adjust the notes accordingly.

More info to come about Fedex as well, via the Kudzu-Courier list.

John,

A slight correction or just some nuances that perhaps I didn't communicate clearly on the call.

I asked Bobby Bledsoe from FedEx for a printer for labels and a training on how to use and connect it with ILLiad.

He explained to me that we are already set with a FedEx online account and can print from the account. I mean, we as University of Memphis Libraries, not UM as part of ASERL. He helped me connect with their training department and schedule an online session.

We will have the training with them next week and I can share more details with you.

From what I understood, we don't qualify for a printer because we don't have large enough volume to justify it.

I hope that helps.

Best,

Sofiya

Subject: [kudzu-ops] Notes from Kudzu-Ops conf call

Kudzu-Ops Colleagues:

Thanks to everyone who was able to participate in yesterday’s conference call.  It was a productive discussion and felt good to re-connect with you-all!

Attached are the notes from the call, thanks to my colleague Cheryle Cole-Bennett.  Please let me know if you see anything missing/amiss.

More info to come as we start to examine options for unmediated borrowing.  I also have additional info from Fedex – I will share that via the Kudzu-Courier email list.

Take care!
