James,
You can deflect all loans and received only article requests in the policies directory under the policies section.
Below is what I did for ABC.
Thanks,
Eddie

1. For now, Wake Forest is open with limited staff and hours.
2. I think suspending loans is a good idea, unfortunately there is not a way on OCLC (that I know of) to be a non-lender for just Loans.

Hello all,
Right now our library is open this week to staff and only the front desk for pickup of paged or ILL material. We are closed to patrons and the public unless they are here to pick items up. We are still accepting mail.
We will still receive incoming material and updating, we will just be handling it more carefully and holding it longer before our patrons pick it up. We are working on filling out mostly electronic material. If a patron asks for a book we ask that they rather specify a chapter instead.

John,
ABC and ABH are closed Monday, March 16 - Tuesday, March 31.
We are suspending filling book requests, but will filled article requests from our electronic collection.
We should halt mailing items.
Thank you,
Eddie

Subject: [kudzu-ops] Two questions for Kudzu libraries
Hello, Kudzu colleagues. I know it’s s topsy world right now. I have two questions/requests for you.
- Some libraries/campuses announced plans to close over the weekend. Please let me know ASAP if your campus is closing so we can put a temp-hold on Lanter deliveries to your library.
- Given concerns about contaminated materials, should we just halt returning all materials until further notice? Seems like very time an item gets handled could be another opportunity for contamination. I realize this would create a backlog, but is it the better option?
Thanks for your feedback on the above.
