1)  Review Kudzu policy item – Is this still viable?

--->  Do Kudzu libraries charge each other processing fees when items are lost?  (e.g., cost to invoice, purchase and get another copy of the item back into the collection, etc.)

 

2)  Lanter Delivery Updates

a)  Are Lanter drivers providing DELIVERY RECORDS when they drop-off items?

b)  How long do most locations retain the Lanter Shipment PICKUP RECORD forms? One academic year?

c)  RFP for new vendor contract – Volunteers?  How to get data about shipping volumes?
