ASERL-ILL and Kudzu Friends:

 

FYI – Attached are our notes from the Kudzu-Operations team conference call held earlier this month.  Please let me know any questions, corrections, updates, etc.

 

ALSO:  We seek a couple volunteers from libraries using Lanter Delivery to help document the processes for handling/shipping items using that service.  Please email me if you are willing to assist with this task.

 

ALSO #2: Based on the feedback I have gotten so far, I have drafted the attached list of desired terms (a “wish list”) for a future delivery contractor.  I welcome any feedback you might have on this.  Not sure how realistic this list is at this point…?
