Subject: Winter Weather

After a nice 68 degree day yesterday, the NOAA has issued winter weather advisories/warnings in most of NC, VA, KY.  In addition, the tri-cities area of TN & possibly North GA is also under a winter weather advisory.  This is simply a heads up that there may be delivery time delays due to weather conditions. If so we will contact the library’s that are affected with eta’s.
