Kudzu Friends: Wanted to pass along the news I received from East Carolina University (ERE) that they will stop using Lanter Delivery as the courier for Kudzu ILL items as of July 31, 2013.
To ensure items sent to/from ECU are cleared out of the system by this date, ILL staff should migrate from Lanter to FedEx/UPS for ECU shipments starting July 15, 2013. To be clear: East Carolina will remain a Kudzu participant. The method for shipping items to/from ECU will change as of July. We can take any operational questions about this during our Kudzu-Operations conference call on July 23. If other issues need to be resolved before then, please let me know.
