A little info from a colleague on Occam’s Reader, as the website has no info on it, unless you like cat pictures.  J 

 

<<It works in conjunction with ILLiad software to allow document delivery staff to lend electronic books seamlessly between libraries in a secure, time-limited, password-protected environment. Occam's Reader is a functioning alpha version and currently works with .PDF documents, with other formats under development.>>
