More Nagging re: Lanter Processes

ASERL-Lanter Friends:

As you know, we are working with Lanter Delivery Systems to rectify some service problems.  While I am holding their feet to the fire when they don’t follow their processes, we need to do the same.

Over the last few days you’ve gotten messages from me about using proper sort codes.  Today I am writing to remind you about our shipping label requirements:

·         PLEASE USE ONLY THE LABELS PROVIDED ON OUR WEBSITE (http://www.aserl.org/programs/kudzu/address-labels/)

·         PLEASE DO NOT USE SHIPPING LABELS PRINTED FROM YOUR ILS / ILL SYSTEM

·         PLEASE DO NOT USE LABELS WITH “FROM” INFORMATION – ONLY THE “TO” INFORMATION SHOULD BE USED ON THE LABEL WHEN SHIPPING VIA LANTER

I’m hearing about a couple of sites that are using other non-standard labels – I’ll be in touch with those folks directly about this – but wanted to provide this friendly reminder for all.

No more nagging from me today – I promise!  J
