Hi folks:

 

Just met with Chad Andrews, the new District Manager for Lanter Delivery Systems.  We talked about the service issues some of you have experienced over the past several months.  He has pledged to work with those sites that have seen recurring problems.  During the next few weeks you can expect to hear from Lanter staff for periodic check-in calls to make sure deliveries are happening on time.
