ASERL/Lanter Delivery colleagues:

 

I am hearing about some of our Kudzu libraries having recurring issues with their Lanter deliveries in the past few months – no deliveries for multiple days in a row, or pick-ups but no drop-offs, etc.  I’ll work to get to the bottom of this, but would like to have a complete picture of the situation so we can address all the issues (or as many as possible).  

 

If your library has encountered these troubles – on a recurring basis, not just one time, please – then I’d like to have a description sent to me via return email.  Helpful data would be a description of the service problems, approximate dates of service troubles, how frequently this occurs, etc.
