Good morning ASERL friends, You may be aware of the recent updates that GPO has made to the Federal Depository Library Directory. As you may recall, the ASERL Government Documents Disposition Database uses the information in the FDLP Directory to keep your library’s
contact information (street address, city, state, phone, etc) up-to-date. The changes in the Directory file format (the naming and order of the data columns in the file) will require some adjustments to the Disposition database. The UF programmers are aware
of the issue and will work on an update as quickly as possible. In the interim, should you have any changes to your contact information, please email me or
dispositiondb [at] uflib.ufl.edu and we will update the information in the Disposition database. As always, please let me know if I can be of assistance. Thanks!
