Good afternoon ASERL Friends,

The FY 2020 use statistics for the ASERL Documents Disposition Database have been posted on the CFDP Program page on the ASERL website at http://www.aserl.org/programs/gov-doc/.  Or if you prefer, click here for direct access to the reports page.

In 2018, Hollins University (COE for the Women’s Bureau) and Georgia State University (Subject COE for the City of Atlanta) registered their intent to withdraw as Centers of Excellence.  A minimum of 24 months’ prior notice is required to allow the library time to make provisions for the disposition or transfer of materials, and to finalize any outstanding activities for their COE collection.  Both libraries have been removed as Centers of Excellence, effective this month.  Duke University continues to serve as the COE for the Women’s Bureau.  The “City of Atlanta” is no longer a subject COE.

Please let me know if you have any difficulty accessing the statistics – or if I can be of assistance.

Be well!

Cheryle
