Catherine and Jeff,

It looks like this fixes the problem we talked about this morning - if I'm looking at this correctly the ASERL Disposition Database will be used by the State Depository Library to review discards rather than having to submit discards to UGA and then to ASERL> Bruce

ASERL Friends:

 

I am pleased to announce that the  University of Florida Librariesâ IT staff has implemented the changes to the ASERL disposition Database to conform to GPOâs requested disposition priorities.  I commend the team for completing this work comfortably ahead of schedule.  The new priority order for review and selection of disposition items can be found at http://www.aserl.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/table-for-revised-disposition-process.pdf. 

 

Users need make no changes in their processes â the change should be invisible to them.

 

Our continued thanks to the good folks at UFL â in particular Judy Russell and Winston Harris â for their fine efforts to advance this program.
