🔹 Leading With Purpose: Coaching Skills for Library Leaders​

This program teaches the core coaching skills that will benefit you as a leader 
and provides a framework to help you put your learning into practice. The next 
cohort of this program in developing a coaching approach to leadership will 
start in January 2025. Registration will open in October. Join the waitlist to

This program introduces the concepts behind the Slow Librarianship movement and 
provides tools to help you manage your workload so that you CAN actually create 
space to slow down and focus on doing high quality work that enhances your 
impact, instead of scrambling to just keep up on too many things. This program 
addresses one of the biggest challenges I hear from leaders about implementing 
a coaching approach - having time to actually coach instead of just giving 
instructions - but isn’t limited to only those currently in leadership 
positions. This program also starts in January 2025.
