Dear Participant,

The University of North Texas Libraries is seeking participants who are over 18
years old and work in an academic library to participate in a research study
titled, "Librarianship as a Second Career." The purpose of this study is to
answer what percentage of academic librarians entered librarianship as a second
career and whether there are any commonalities between those for whom this is
their second career. You will have the opportunity to indicate whether you
would be interested in a follow-up interview as well to further explore these
commonalities.

Participation in this study takes approximately 10-60 minutes of your time and
includes the following activities:

  * Answering questions via Qualtrics (approximately 10 minutes)
  * Participating in an interview via Zoom to discuss follow-up questions,
only if you indicate interest on the Qualtrics survey (approximately 60 minutes)

You can click here: https://unt.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_6Ls2M6YyqLdR6Dk
