Hello all,

In case you haven’t seen the announcement, I just wanted to point out an
upcoming webinar that may be of interest. Join a panel of colleagues to hear
more about efforts to develop, maintain, and revise collections policies in a
rapidly changing world of licensing agreements, purchasing processes, and
collection management priorities. We hope to see you there!

Collection Development Policies in a Dynamic Collections Environment

Are collection development policies still relevant? Have you recently been
tasked with assembling, revising, or updating a policy? How do these policies
differ from workflows and processes? This webinar will focus on the status of
collections policies, and why dynamic policies can remain important for
addressing user requirements, diversity and inclusion, technological change,
and other elements of collection building and management. A follow-up
discussion is envisioned to account for a more practical discussion of drafting
collection development policies.

Friday, February 2, 11am ET/10am CT
