LANTER/KUDZU - CREATE LABEL message when saving

Good morning, KUDZU partners,


Starting yesterday, when printing the labels, the following situation occurs. We printed about 10 shipments and each time when clicking the CREATE LABEL, the Download queue on the computer displays and the message prompting to REPLACE THE FILE shows on the screen as below. This is very different than expected and we would like to know what might have been changed. We did have a student start processing on Monday but he assures us that he changed nothing. In fact, it does not appear that anything could be changed at that point as far as choosing the printer. I thought about it being changed to print to Cute PDF, Adobe, or etc. The change does not seem to affect the manifest but it is definitely a change and I want to know how to keep from replacing each label when previously they have posted sequentially in the download file.


If someone on the list has any insight about this, or the Lanter development team [need their email if not included or please forward], please let me know.
