Our next shipment will be prepared today and go out early in the morning. Just to be clear, the 7 misdirected bags are simply sent on with nothing additional to be done, correct?

Thank you

Gail

Good morning,

This morning, the University of Memphis received 7 bags shipped from UT Knoxville which were not requested by us.

3 bags for Vanderbilt          [Nashville, TN]

4 bags for University of KY [Lexington, KY]

What else is needed? And what is now to be done?

Gail

Good afternoon…

When this does happen, please let me know so I am able to root cause incident & ensure that those on point to forward to correct cross docks are aware of a failure and are able to put corrective action in place.  I’ll need to know origin and destination and the parcel code so I can research any scan data.  I apologize for this latest service failure and will work diligently to get corrected.

Thank you

Hello, all,

Occasionally, a bag we ship out, destined for elsewhere, returns to us…like a big LOOP. Last week, it happened 3x and now once this week. We have just been setting it back out for pickup but are willing to do differently if needed.

Thank you,

Gail

Gail:  I'm copying Lanter reps on this so they can advise.

Do we know why the bag was returned to you (the sender), or did it just show up back at your library, without explanation?

Good morning,

When a KUDZU delivery returns to us in error, how is it best handled?

Start it again from the very beginning as if it had never left?

Or simply put it back out for delivery without any further documentation?

Thanks for assistance and guidance.

Gail
