Subject: Director, Service Strategies (FSU Libraries)

Hi John,

I wanted to share with you an exciting new position at the FSU Libraries.  Could you help me share this with colleagues at ASERL?

The FSU Libraries are looking for a Director of Service Strategies. This position will be part of the Libraries’ Research and Learning Services leadership team, and will provide strategic direction for a department handling over 2 million transactions every year.  The department includes circulation, reserves, reference, technology support, student success, tutoring, virtual reference, outreach programs and library instruction. This is a great opportunity to lead the design and implementation of library services and policies in a forward thinking and rising institution.

A job description can be found here: https://joblist.ala.org/job/director-of-service-strategies-university-libraries/40789012/ .

As always, I am happy to answer questions about FSU and Tallahassee.

Best regards,

Michael Meth
