Good morning all,
If you have made changes to your library’s contact information in the FDLP Library Directory, you may have noticed that the changes have not been refreshed in the ASERL Disposition Database. The library’s contact information (street address, city, state, phone, etc) is scheduled to be updated monthly, however ? during the last update, our UF programmers found that the file structure had been changed (new columns and/or new column headers) so the data exchange failed. They are in the process of correcting the issue and hope to have things working normally early next week.
By way of reminder, the primary channel of communication is an email address, which you control:
The first time a user logs in to their account, they are asked to enter a contact email address ? this is used for sending the claim receipts and notifying the user of needs list matches. Only one email can be used, but it can be changed at any time. If the user is a Regional, this email is also used to notify them of offers submitted by their selectives.
